    Your branding shoot is guided from start to finish. Strategic, fully prepared, and designed to help you show up like the expert you already are.
    This isn’t about stiff poses or looking “professional” in the least inspiring sense of the word.

    So what actually happens on shoot day? Let me show you.

    When You Arrive

    Whether we’re in-studio or on location in Ocala or Central Florida, the energy is calm, intentional, and zero percent rushed.

    We’ll start by laying out your outfits, doing a final wardrobe check, reviewing the shot list, and easing into the flow. You’ll have space to settle in, ask questions, or just sip your tea (or mimosa, up to you) and breathe.

    Just a quiet little moment before we start making magic.

    Hair & Makeup (Because Yes, It Matters)

    Think of hair and makeup as part of your visual preparation, not some kind of glam-up performance.
    It’s about showing up ready, looking like yourself on a really good day, and not having to second-guess it mid-shoot.

    Professional artists know how to enhance your features in a way that works for lighting, high-res cameras, and wherever your photos will show up.

    If you’re not sure where to start, I’m happy to recommend trusted pros who will come to you, either on location or in-studio, so you can get ready while we review details and prep for the session. Clients who opt for professional styling often say it sets the tone for the entire experience.

    And yes, if you’ve booked one of my top-tier packages, hair and makeup are already included.

    Wardrobe Flow & Styling

    You’ll bring 3–5 styled outfits based on our shared moodboard and planning call. We’ll review them together and map out the shoot order, moving from cozy to elevated, soft to bold, or casual to editorial, depending on your brand story.

    I’ll help adjust layers, tweak accessories, and make sure nothing is distracting or out of place.
    You don’t need to worry about “fashion.” We’re focused on alignment. They should support your brand and make you feel ready to be seen.

    The Shoot

    This is where the strategy turns into story.
    We’ll work through our shot list, capturing the must-haves (headshots, lifestyle moments, action-based images, banner crops, etc.), and leave space for candid, in-between moments that bring your brand to life.

    Every pose, angle, and movement is fully guided. But the expressions? Those are yours. I’ll coach you through the details so you’re never left wondering what to do, but what we’re really after is authenticity. Genuine reactions, natural energy, and the kind of confidence that only shows up when someone else is handling the logistics.

    Expect a mix of:

    • Signature portraits
    • Movement / relaxed moments
    • Brand-action shots (typing, styling, sipping, creating)
    • Marketing-friendly images with space for cropping/text overlays
    • Connection-forward expressions that show confidence

    The Vibe

    This is a co-creation between your vision and my camera.

    It’s fun, intentional and grounded. You’ll feel like someone is finally helping you own your brand image, without the pressure to perform for it.

    After the Shoot

    You’ll leave feeling like you just wrapped a magazine cover. Or at the very least, like a very well-lit version of yourself who is ready to show up with more confidence.

    Here’s what happens next:

    Zoom Reveal

    Within 48 hours, we’ll review your full gallery together. You’ll select your favorite images, and I’ll help guide your choices based on your brand goals and how you plan to use them.

    Final Delivery

    Selected images are professionally retouched (natural, not plastic), and delivered within 7 days in both high-res and web-ready formats. It will be ready to plug into your site, socials, newsletter, sales page, or wherever your brand is growing next.

    You Don’t Have to Feel “Ready”

    You don’t need to know how to pose.
