The power of photography in my life

Photographs possess a profound power. They transport us to cherished moments and revive our deepest emotions. They empower us, tell our stories, connect us, and raise awareness. Unlike many things in life, their value only grows with time.

For me, photography became an act of bravery – a way to leave behind everything I knew in pursuit of meaning and personal fulfillment. I found joy in doing what I love, often alongside my husband, who remains my steadfast support and rock.

Inspired by my son, who is blessed with an extra chromosome, I am dedicated to promoting inclusion and acceptance through a photography series. I work with local organizations to spread the message that we are all worthy, no matter our differences.

The most treasured possessions I have are the photos of my daughter. She was with us for only five short years, yet she taught me to live fully in the moment, to celebrate life and love, and to never put off for tomorrow what truly matters.
